This is a little, playable house, decorated with Christmas items all from the MAXIS HOLIDAY PACK. I am not sure if you need to have the pack in order the christmas decorations to show... Two bedrooms, one bath, plenty of room if you wish to expand later on as your family grows bigger. Not very expensive, 75.661 simoleons but it is fully decorated and furnished. Clean Installer has been used. I hope you like it. I wish everybody Merry Christmas and a wonderful, creative New Year!
