Here's a community lot, it's a spa!

I wanted to do something big with the sauna set, and all the extra exercise equipment you get with University. I also figured that sims in cheapo dorms needed somewhere nice to get their body skills.

It's a 2 story building, with a gym and dance studio, plus changing rooms on the ground floor. Also on the ground floor is the bar, it has both coffee bar and, er, bar. The bar has a glass floor allowing viewing of the pool in the basement.

The basement has a pool, changing rooms, plus hot tubs and a sauna.

I originally made this with only University, but I have adapted it since installing Nightlife, to include the bar. I am not sure if having one N/L object in there is going to make this incompatible with uni- only versions or whether this just means that the bar will not appear if you don't have N/L.
