Shopping Plaza Large lot- testers?

It's a community lot. It's all about shopping! I just wanted to make a lot as big as they come and fill it with stuff to keep a Sim busy all day and night!

There's 2 buildings on it. The first is a rather grand affair on 2 floors with a large atrium and 4 shops. The downstairs is furnished with a games shop and a grocery store, upstairs is unfurnished for you to add whatever custom shops you like (there's a ton of shop objects on this site, so run a search and choose your faves).
The second building is 3 floors. The ground floor includes a fancy clothing store, a newsagent, toilets, and a coffee shop. The top floor has a restaurant, and recreation rooms. In the basement is a club with a karaoke bar, dancefloor, live band room and poker room.
There's also a bit of a garden with a pond.
There's not a lot a sim can't do on this lot .

There is no custom content needed to play this lot, but you will need both EPs (or at least NL).

I am asking for testing because I have noticed a slight issue in the restaurant, the Maitre D' doesn't always seem to seat sims properly, there's a lot of standing about. There is no reason this should happen, there's no hacks or custom content in this lot *at all*, and I am inclined to blame my PC which is a bit shakey right now (it is a large lot and runs a bit slow on my PC), I would appreciate feedback.
It would also be interesting to know if this will run without the uni EP, there is no uni items in there as far as I know.
