Vampire covenhouse with secret basement mausoleum

This really spawned from a theory (which on experimentation didn't work) that if the sun bothered sim vamps then living in a basement seemed like a plan. It doesn't work, the needs effect in game is down to the clock, not sun exposure.

But I maintained the idea that it would be pretty cool for vamps to have their own little secret annexe in the basement, decorated to vampire taste, where they could do vampire things (like sleep in coffins and watch TV) undisturbed.

This is a huge house. It costs about 350000. It has 3 above ground floors plus the basement annexe which would easily cater for 4 simvamps without them using the rest of the house at all! But if I am going to share something, I figured it might as well be a big something. It is playably furnished in an elegant old-fashioned style. It could be dressed more, but for me that involved a lot of custom objects (gargoyles, gothic paintings etc) so I shall leave that to you. The outside also looks far better with white recolours of the lamps, but I have no idea where I got them from so I left the in the maxis colour to save you from having to go through and sort out a lot of blue lamps!

The basement stairway is hidden behind a secret bookcase door in the ground floor library, it uses the dead space around the fireplace (I put a skeleton in the other side of the dead space, bricked in ). All sims can use it, unfortunately. Perhaps if I can find some suitable recolours of myne doors I might restrict access to the library to house members to keep the annexe really private, but it's ok for now.
