This is sort of a periwinkle color. It's actually very close to the colors used in the blue gradient of the family screen (when you're waiting for the family to load in your game.) It's really more of a mid-tone than a pale tone, since blue is kind of a dark color to begin with (and I intentionally made this more of a purple hue than the caribbean ocean sort of blue skins that I've seen already) but I call it pale anyway since it certainly isn't a dark blue.
As this was a Maxis recolor, and the color itself can't be that uncommon, I wouldn't be surprised if someone else has also implemented the same idea. Nevertheless, I do beg that people not take credit for my work or upload this anywhere else. I may have no way of knowing for sure but I ask anyway.
I also note that these skintones are not at all anatomically correct and that they should work for absolutely all ages and all genders (since I changed every single file that TS2 Bodyshop put in the project folder.) Please let me know if it doesn't seem to work that way for you. (Though it really should.)
Edit: Just changed the swatch so it has my name on it now (not for security reasons, I just wanted a tiny bit of fame) and added a dorky little readme. If you've already downloaded these, you don't really need to download it again. (Although you can if you want to.)
Also, if the download doesn't seem to work in your game, please try downloading it off my page at the Sims Exchange. That should solve the problem entirely (the elf ears are packaged with their respective skin, so if those are giving you trouble this download will help with that too.) ^_^;

This is a Maxis Recolour which means that it is a recolour of an item that already exists in your game. Please check the Pack requirements to see which game pack it recolours.
