Happy Birthday to me!!! Yay :balloons:
Its my birthday so I thought I’d upload this lot as a present for everyone. And I’ll take this opportunity to wish everyone a happy birthday whenever your birthday happens to be this year. :baloons:

“Birthday” is a 3 story home with 4 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, study, kitchen, formal dinning, lounge and outside entertainment area with pool. In could also be set up as an apartment building.

Build on a 4x3 lot, it comes unfurnished but fully landscaped. Cost $113,089.00. I've set it up with an elevator so you can replace it with the new Maxis default in the new EP.
