This is for all the boolprop addicts out there. I wanted to make everything earthy, so I used a lot of the University medieval build mode items. It's a fairly large lot, with a hill towards the back where the house sits. There's a huge front room, and 4 rooms to do with as you please. There's also two sets of fences, one encircling the house and yard, on another smaller on out front. The reason I included the flowers was to make it better; just don't water them and let them die. It'll give the whole yard a really cool look. There's no custom content, and it's not decorated. It costs $44,035. Enjoy! ~*Ashley*~
