Probably my most ambitious project to date! It's based on an actual floor plan with a few modifications to allow for lot size.

Walls and floors have been added to the interior as well as some lighting - all are Maxis made. It's unfurnished, undecorated and ready for your own personal touches. The pics included are furnished just to show off the room details. All expansions are required due to items used.

Packed with Clean Installer - hack free. The only items you should find in there is the lot segment and one wall covering. No zips - don't ask!
