Bellingsworth Proper - An English Tudor Estate

Hello there! This is my first upload! *pats self on back*

Bellingsworth Proper is the main estate of my fifteen-generation Sim family, Bellingsworth. It was bulit by the fifth generation, (William Bellingsworth V,) and is a glorious symbol of this richly historical family. I hope your sims enjoy its beautiful gardens and practical floorplan as much as mine have.

Priced at $231,541, it sits on a large (5x4) lot, and is only partially furnished (plumbing, counters, et cetera).

I tried to use maxis objects as much as possible to make life easier for everyone, but I just could not live without the following items:
