It has 2 double bedrooms, 1 spare room, 1 bathroom, great backyard- fenced in with awning, large living room, med. kitchen, and medium dining area. Slightly furnished with a red/maroon and tan/peach overall feel, the price is 21,931. Lot size 3x2

The Layout of the upstairs IS only the bedroom...There is nothing else up there...but there is room for adding on.
