This cave is completely hack, mod, and custom content free.
dinkytink made a request for a cave for a caveman to live in, so I thought I'd give it a go. The entrance into the cave is on the back (see pic).
Some things you should know about this unique lot: you cannot build any walls, but must leave it as is. The nature of the "ceiling" will not allow any walls, but that should not be a problem at all given that if you are truly playing this as a live-in cave, a cave would not have manufactured walls.
The only furniture/amenities in the cave are a shower and a toilet, and I placed them in the spot where you should place the toilet/sink/shower unless you have special mods that allow you to place them elsewhere or you feel like changing the slope of the floor.
One caveat: since you cannot have any walls on this lot, you should either download a mod to disable the Sims' need for restroom privacy, or make sure that your Sim only uses the restroom around Sims he/she feels comfortable with. LizzLove has a great mod that removes bathroom privacy, and you can find it here (it is not included in this lot).
The cave is on a small (2x2) lot and costs a little over 13,000 simoleons.
