This lot was a request for Victorian Row Houses. In order to actually make the houses work as "individual" row houses, however, you should lock the doors for each house, allowing only a specific Sim in each house. I do not know how that would affect having visitors over, but you could always unlock the doors when a visitor came over. You could also download the Smart Door by tunaisafish (found here). The Smart Door allows you to pick which sims can go through which doors--this would be a good option if you want families living in the row houses. Keep in mind, though, that unless you download a hack to allow more than 8 sims on a lot, you can still only have a total of 8 sims in the row houses (not 8 in each, 8 TOTAL). Note also that the Smart Door is NOT included in this lot--you must download it yourself if you want it.

That said, I think you will enjoy these charming row houses. The lot costs a little over 57,000 simoleons. The exterior is completely finished and even has some landscaping. The lot is unfurnished, however, so you must take care of the interior yourself.
