Surprisingly Big Modern Starter Home - "Moderna Villa Vita"

This is a very modern starter home, in a 20x30 sized lot, with almost everything you could wish for! The main feature is the big glass windows covering a wall making it a very luxurious home for just 19 720 simoleons!

There's tons of space: a basement, a big first floor with kitchen and living area, a bright bathroom, and then a beautiful upstairs with a bedroom and a view for the soul! The lot even has a driveway and a big porch!

For your sims needs there is:

Hunger: Fridge + The most expensive stove (!) + A blender!
Comfort: A bed, a couch and dining chairs, and a bathtub.. mm..
Bladder: A toilet (surprise!)
Friends: Watching tv, darts, dancing, dining together, sitting & talking, lying & talking
Energy: A bed, and a couch, and two recliners on the porch!
Enviroment: Lights and flowers, and a nice dresser in the hallway..
Fun: TV, stereo, a dartboard, an easel and you can also juggle with the bottles from the fridge for fun ;P
Hygien: A bathtub and a shower

There's even a bookcase so that you can learn cooking, cleaning and technology, logic you can learn from the daily paper, creativity from the easel, you can train your body using the tv and the stereo, but you'll have to buy a mirror to add to your carisma, I forgot that, but since the lot is only 19 720 you'll afford that too!

And, it even has a trash compactor and the most expensive dishwasher, and a phone and a burglar alarm! Buy it today, you won't get a better offer!

It requires Nightlife since there's something with the lot packages that they've changed, and probably University too since I used the University shower (they look better not taking up the entire view and being ugly.. ;P)

I also used a white/glass recolor of the cheapest door, that should revert to the normal door if you don't have that recolor, I found it at thesimsresource back when more things there were free, but there might be similar recolors here at MTS2, I can't tell since I can't search because I don't have the english names

- A white cheap toilet
- A white fantasy sofa with yellow fabric
