Compact VII - 2x2 Nice Bargain, Home Business Ready

Hi folks!

The 2x2 lot I bring today is very special for me. It's very simple and cheap (18.982 simoleons, unfurnished), but I find its design very "light" and pleasant (maybe because there's a lot of big windows in it). Also, it has a good circulation area, despite of its size. You can use it in many different ways. Good enough for a couple or small family with Home Business. I think it's my favourite til now. Here are the main characteristics:
. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, studio, TV Room, living, kitchen, a big sunny terrace and garage.
. A home business area with bathroom. I made a beauty salon for my sim (you can download most of the stuff you see in the picture at Pip My Sims site).
