Compact XIII - 2x2 Twin Lofts for Small Families

Hi Folks!

This 2x2 Compact is actually two identical lofts in one lot. The difference from Compact VIII is that it has one extra bedroom, one extra bathroom, more space (specially outdoors) and a bolder appearance (I call it “big H”). They’re good for small families.

As in Compact VIII, in order to control the access of the sims (to each's loft), I used the nice Tunaisafish's smart doors types (included).

Here are some other characteristics of the lot:

1) It costs 18.711 simoleons and it’s unfurnished. I left only some essential lights and plants (you can take off the decors to lower its price, if you want). All the furniture and objects you see in the pics are listed with links below, for your reference. Download everything you want from the creators’ sites.
2) The loft has two separate terraces on the ground floor and one common terrace on 1st floor. The access to the upper terrace is controlled by Tunaisafish’s smart doors.
