Compact V - 2x2 Spacious Home Business Lot

Hi folks!

The lot I bring today is compact (2x2), as usual, but with a lot of space for a large family (two or three kids tipically) and a good space for a small home business (see pictures below). Here are some interesting aspects of the lot:

. A basement with garage and space enough for a deposit and/or workshop (if you decide to run a bakery, flower shop, toy shop, and so on).
. A panoramic elevator, from the basement through the ground floor to the first floor.
. Three bedrooms (one master suite), three bathrooms, TV room, computer/reading room, living, dining and kitchen.
. A good size shop on ground floor, with two bathrooms (men and women). A large shopwindow lets you show the merchandise.
. Two terraces (front and back) for sunbathing and/or workout.

The lot is the most expensive until now (40.916 simoleons), but I think it's a good option for growing families with cash enough to run a home business. The lot is unfurnished. The objects shown in pictures are only suggestions.
