Kookaburra Deluxe Villas ar 4 seperate villa units on the same lot.

Each villa has only one bedroom upstairs. There is plenty of room for adding
at least 2 more bedrooms in the void area. The yellow villa has had and
extension added upstairs, a nursery, just to show sims how easy it is to
expand! The villas are all exactly the same, except for the color scheemes
which are blue, green, yellow and pink. Every villa is fully furnished and
decorated. The downstairs of each is actually split level, which gives them
the illusion of having a sunken lounge room. One of the villas has a
gymnasium building out the back, so all sims can use. A very unusual pool is
the centre of attraction of the grounds. At the rear of this is a pergoda,
which covers a pool table, wood fire, bbq and outdoor eating area. The
grounds are manicured with numerous plants and bushes. Two double carports house 4 cars. Deluxe living for the single sims, or sims about to have
a family!!
