There are four symmetrical sectors of dorm buildings erected on this 4X4 lot. Each sector, which contains 4 suited student bedrooms, 2 study rooms and 1 living room, is 4 steps higher in elevation than its predecessing sector. The front door and formal parlor room are located on the lowest sector. Sectors with red indoor designs are for females, and blue indoor designs are for males.

Be sure to install the telephones inside their bedrooms for your sims after they claimed the doors, so each of their telephones are then seperatedly lined. Since the indoor decorative colors are highly contrasted for this dorm, I would suggest that you put the (Alienware®'s "Everything but the Saucer" Gaming PC) on each of the studying desks, black models for women sectors and blue models for men sectors if you have downloaded the extensive Gaming PC from Maxis already. Type "motherlode" in cheat command box (Ctrl-Shift-C) if you need the money to buy during the gameplays.
