This dorm has a lot size of 3X4 with a two-storey front door. There are 2 study rooms, 1 bowling room, 2 cafeteria rooms, 1 theater room and several game halls in this vacational dorm. The environment condition supports all the skill buildings including charisma, body and creativity which should boost the grades of the living students. There's one master bedroom located on the first floor which got the dresser and the computing desk inside.
