I played around with Echo´s wonderful harvestable lettuce mesh a bit and this is what I got.

Mushroom:
Faces: 528
Vertices: 321

Strawberry plant:

Vertices: 594
Location: Buy mode/decorative/plants and Build mode/plants/flowers
