Hello Everyone!
This very beautiful big house, for a large family. It was requested here.
This is the second time I am posting this house, I had the problem with .rar file the first time, but it should work just fine this time around

It has:
4 bedrooms (2 for grown ups and 2 for kids)
Spacious kitchen and dining room
Family room
Game room
4 bathrooms
2 Study rooms
Garage (with some extra space)
Small pool
2 outside patios

The house is fully furnished.The only CC are the outside garden flowers from here. Also, in the pictures you will see custom made vases, however, they are not included in the .rar file. If you would like to download them you can find them here.

The house costs $217,854 and the lot size is 4X3.
I have all the expantion packs.
