The first one got rejected for some reason. The only thing I can think of is that the pictures were too small. So I bumped them up a bit and I'm gonna try again....

This is the House of DOOM, so named because the original version had a two-story pit in the back, into which I had hoped to guide unwary Sims to their inevitable demise. Alas, they weren't too willing to fall into the pit, so I had to think of other ways to exterminate them.... In this new version, it's set up as a solarium.

Note - you can landscape inside the Solarium if you remove a wall first. Delete the floor tiles, remove a wall, put in all the shrubs and flowers you like. Then, replace the walls. Bam, Solarium.

The house has three floors with all the usual rooms. One full bathroom, one toilet and one shower room. Two large bedrooms, and a top floor that I use as party space. It also has balconies-a-plenty, which I think are awesome. The backyard has a pool and hot tub.

It was all built in my hack-free alternate universe, so you should have no problems with it. Enjoy!
