This is the first house i upload.
The lot is large (5x5), but the house occupies only a small part of it, so you have enough space to add a pool or whatever you want.
The house costs about 72.000$, it has 3 floors. 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms

The ground floor has:
a garage, a studyroom, livingroom combined with dining room, kitchen, and a bathroom

The first floor has:
three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a dressing

The third floor:
has one bathroom, and a very spacious room that u can set up they way you want it

This was the configuration i had in mind when building the house, but you can arrange the house in any way you want.

The house is very lightly furnished, but it has the basic objects (bathroom, kitchen, sofa, bed).
It requieres all the expansion packs.
