Martaxl has been keeping me very busy! She keeps making gorgeous clothing meshes for Big Beautiful women, and I keep recoloring them! You'll need to visit her web site and download the "Wide Jeans" mesh @ http://www.xl-pozytywnie.pl/sims/femaleclothing.htm

This is a clothing mesh only, so this body type only applies when wearing this mesh or one of Martaxl's other meshes. When bathing or wearing "normal" work clothes, your Sim will revert to their original body type. I believe Martaxl recommends that your Sim be in Unfit mode for best effect.

Whew! OK. here are 3 more PJ outfits that I've worked on. I hope you like them! The yellow pattern looks a little bright "outside" so that photo is taken in shadow. When the Sim is inside the house (presumably getting ready for bed!) the outfit looks just fine. Oh, and if that pattern looks a little familiar, it's because you've seen it on some table tops from University! I pinched the pattern to make matching bed covers, and then borrowed it for the pajamas.
