The St. Peter Chateau is in my opinion the most beautiful homes I've built! It is a mansion at 21 rooms, built on a 5x6 lot, and will set you back $410,091! (building my way up to the million!) My second most expensive home, beat out by the the Silver Spur. The features are...

-Gorgeous Pool with Raised Hot Tub
-3-Car Garage(One Sideways)

I gave this mansion a kind of Spanish-Mediterranean feel. When I did the math the square footage came out to a little over 4,800 square feet which doesn't really sound right but it's hard to get the true square footage.
