"Behold, my floating masterpiece! My creation, the Egg Carrier!" - Sonic Adventure DX, Doctor Eggman

Well, it isn't actually floating and it isn't the Egg Carier, but here it is. After few months, here's my new creation. It's a villa located on a big hill. It's for family that contains parents and three or less children. It has got:
3 Bathrooms
Parents' bedroom
3 kids' bedrooms (unfurnished)
Kitchen
Dining room
Sitting room
Study room
Party room
Staircase (with two elevators)
2 "corridors" (that's what i call them, they are rooms from where you may enter other rooms. One is unfurnished.)
A garden
A swimming pool
A parking place for two cars
A "guardpost" (a little room that contains only the security alarm, which your sims must pass to get to the top of the hill where the garden and the house is located.)
A balcony

Almost fully furnished (the only not furnished rooms are the kids' bedroom) , the price is about 454 000$. It's the biggest lot (size is 5x6). CC free. It needs Family Fun Stuff. Sorry for my bad English and please comment.
