I really took my time on this, as I miss my home state of Florida, I decided to make a little piece of it. This home has a Southern Colonial style with the tropical atmosphere of Florida. On the ground floor you'll find plenty of space for dining, entertaining, recreation and casual living. On the second floor you'll find 2 spacious bedrooms with private bath's and balconies overlooking the creek. Total Cost (unfurnished) is $189,451 on a 5x5 Lot.
