Large residential lot featuring a 3 story home and gazebo in the back.
Unfurnished with the exception of outdoor lighting and plants. Sorry it isn't more customized (i.e. furniture, wallpaper, floor tiles) but with all the rules on using others custom content always changing, you never who can do what with what and when.. so all that fun stuff is left up to you!
All three floors have some small rooms mapped out, however those can easily be changed to fit your sims needs. Also, the property has more than enough room left over to add a pool, garden, etc.
