This house is good to fill a hole in your neighbourhood, and i think it's quiet comfty for a not-rich (but not even poor) family with a pair of kids.
It has:
-3 bedrooms
-3 barthrooms
-kitchen - dinig room
-livingroom
-study room
-driveway

costs 42 k and contains some walls and floors by me
