This house is perfect for that newly wed couple or a family that has just started. With the large main bedroom with on-suite bathroom and a smaller second bedroom it has everything that a sim could possibly want or need! It’s a little pricey but you can’t put a price on something your Sims love! (If we could, everything would be dirt-cheap and their houses would be cluttered with rubbish!)

If you want an empty house (it’s partly furnished) let me know and I’ll take all the stuff out except for the essentials!!
