This is one of my first houses that I built for my sims.
They loved it and I hope yours will also.
It's a little pricie, But it's worth every simoleon!

indoor outdoor pool
rear deck and patio areas
Balcony off master bedroom

I have University/Nightlife installed and have tested it with no problems.
I used only Maxis content with no hacks.
