This house accomodates four sims comfortably but you can squeeze in six! I've furnished it for six just in case. There are two bedrooms, each with their own en-suite bathroom, and a spacious master bedroom also with own bathroom.

The living area is quite small but accomodates a piano, chess-set, stereo, bookcase and ample seating space. I've furnished it this way because my sims prefer studying to partying, but it's a versatile space.



The house also has a red-brick kitchen with a cosy breakfast nook.


A large patio in front of the house, bordered by a pretty little garden, provides additional living space. Swap the exercise machine and easel for a hot tub, add some speakers, and throw a party!

I have also provided an unfurnished version for those who like doing it themselves.
