This is my first creation, hope you all like it

The house has three floors:
- ground floor with garage and a room that unfortunatley has a problem, you cannot use it. If anyone now how to fix it, please tell me!
- First floor with kitchen,two livingrooms, a bathroom and a hallway.
- Second floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The house costs approximatley 83 000 simelons.
The lot size is 3x4.
I have furnished it a bit, but I did not want to use any custom content, so it's just some maxis furnitures...

I have not experienced hacks while playing, but if you do, let me know and I will try to fix it

I have now fixed the problem with the basement, so please download it again if you have not fixed it yourself.
I had to move the stairs, see the last picture. :D
