Seasons Greetings, Friends! It's been a few weeks since I last uploaded here at MTS. It's a busy time of the year for most of us, isn't it?



The house I have for you today is originally from eplans.com. It's style is both a little country and a little Victorian. It is priced reasonably at $32,819 - making this a perfect home for a small family!

The home features a ground floor Master Suite with an attached Master Bath. Upstairs, there is room for two more bedrooms and one more full bath. The home also has a cozy den, and a large open kitchen/dining room area. Two of my favorite features of this house are the large wrap-around porch and the abundant doors and windows.

The home fits snuggly on a 3x3 lot, but there is still room for a garden, etc. outside. I've added a little bit of landscaping - some trees, bushes, and "maintanence free" bushes and flowers. (ie - you won't need to hire a gardener for these!) There is also a small stocked pond out front for your Sims to enjoy.

Please Note: The verandah railing used in the screenshots is not included in the package. It is by Lucas and can be found at Aussie Topenders - about mid-way down the page.
