This is a real lifelike looking Cardealership that your sims can buy, and start selling cars.
I try'd to make this lay-out as sim friendly as possible, without loosing an eye on reality.

• Lotsize : 5x2 medium should work smoothly for every computer, and still able to place 9 cars on this lot on the pics you see 7 cars, but there is space on the driveway for 2 more.

• Price : 96,360

Believe me they look magnifficent and are driveble.

TIP FOR PLACING THE CARS! ; To have them in the dealership, use your buying catalogue, and select whole sale, there you can buy cars, place them on the driveway by using the "Moveobjects on" cheat, from there on you can place them anywhere on the floor. Leave at least one tile around the car, otherwise they wont buy it, but it works great, remember to turn the moveobjects-cheat back off.
