(University/lot size 4x4) this is my first community lot for a neighborhood that I started its also my first waterfall and the first time I made roofs using floor tile. Everytime I take my Sims out their energy level goes downhill fast, so I built a cabin that has one double bed, two single beds and crib. The Lodge at the top of the waterfall has everything for adults Sims. The shop has arcade games for the kids, clothes and other amenities. This lot should satisfy all your Sims needs, hunger, bladder, energy, fun, etc. When I played this lot for testing it seemed to draw every Sims in my game. I hope you enjoy it.

Please take note that none of the custom work (meshes and recolors) are not mine own and can be found on this web-site. Please do not use for anyother purpose except for personel use in your game. If in question PLEASE CONTACT the creators like I did. Credit goes to the wonderful creators @ mod who have been so incredibly kind by giving me permission to use their items.Numenor, RGiles, foreverjadon, Isilliel and Sim2kid405, (hope I got everyone and did this right)

Sorry for not putting this in earlier but I'm new to uploading using other people's item.

1. The colors form the pool come from foreverjadon's 16 new swimming pools. These ARE HACKED ITEMS and you will need to download and install the files according to instructions.
2. You will also need numenor's glass walls and windows to get the glass buildings.

I don't how to show the thread where these items are yet, but just search '16 new swimming pools and you'll find both files there.

MAKE SURE YOU READ THE INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY!!!!!
It's really not differcult to do. If I can do it just about anyone can.
