Hey

This is the perfect home for your sims who have families. Its a great size with enough space for all of your sims needs. It has:

* 3 Bedrooms
* 1 Bathroom
* An Open Living/Kitchen Area
* Garage
* Swimming Pool

Size - 3 x 3
Price - 59.109

All three bedrooms are double bedrooms and they also have their own balcony.

I've also left the house unfurnished so that you can decorate it to your own liking.
