The Fredericksburg, one of the most luxurious homes I’ve ever built. It has everything. Including a design that is totally mine. It took a couple days to build and several hours. When I did the math it came out to being a little over 3,000 square feet. It is placed on a 4x4 lot. It comes fully furnished at $328,739. Its features are…

-3 Bedroom (a fourth could easily be fit if needed)
-Very big Master Bedroom with sitting area.
-2.5 Baths
-2 Story Foyer, Living & Family Room
-Eloquent Two Story windows by simnuts101
-Large Loft
-Custom Bay Windows in Formal Dining & Loft
-Gourmet Kitchen with lots of space
-Study
-Patio for Bar-B-Qs
-Fully Loaded Backyard, complete with, patio, pool, hot-tub, sitting area, telescope, chess, & swing set
-Two Toned exterior

I really hope you enjoy this as I worked super hard on this, it took forever, about three days. No kidding. Even longer to get that design.

Wanted to do a tour but I couldn't get the pics to work, could someone tell me how, please?
