This is a beautiful modern home ona 4x6 lot. It is perty big and is by a gorgeous river. I figured most of yall won't ever get to go to San Antonio, so I brought the Riverwalk to you! The homes many features are...

-4 Bedrooms downstairs
-2.5 Baths
-Tons of room to play upstairs and on the roof!
-Bar-B-Q area on top of the garage
-Next to a river!

I hope you and your sims enjoy this home. It's bigger than it might look, and with all the space on the roof you get a lot of extra square footage. It costs $199,153, pricey, but it is fully furnished.

Please Tell me what you want next,
