I would like to build a shopping centre for a corner of the avenue, in a 2x3 lot, where my Sims could enjoy themselves with a romantic dinner or playing with their friends. :lovestruc
This lot is a little all-in-one to spend a nice and warm night with this Sim of yours. You can found a Boutique, an Electronic Shop with games and a Beauty Parlour at the first floor and a restaurant ("Pompei") and a bowling-alley at the second one.
Outside, a little garden with a bus stop. Enjoy
Of course, I tested it with the Sim2Pack Clean Installer, and it's clean.
It's completely furnished with the original game items, but I used some objects from other artist either - The list below:
- Restaurante Walls from Blueberry11 at MTS2 (www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=139432)
- Bottlecap Lighted Sign from CJaneFly764 at MTS2 (www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=136081)
About the Bus Stop, I'm afraid I found it on one of the lots I downloaded so I can't link it, so I don't include it.
