The part I love the most about the house is the stucco/stone work. Unfortunately, home crafter plus is on strike- protesting what seems
to be the installation of Pets. So Maxis'll have to do.

Description-
This lovely medium sized home is just oozing old world charm.
This house was built on a 3x4 lot. It costs $68,791. This house was made with UNI, NL, OFB and Pets expansion packs installed
and requires them all to work properly.
The ground floor features 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, garage access, semi enclosed outdoor kitchen with outdoor eating patio and
and access to the octagonal pool, the grounds are lightly landscaped.
The 2nd floor features a spacious living area with 2 small 'nook' areas (perfect for your study or just kicking back), 1/2 bath, kitchen, diningroom and access
to a small patio overlooking the rear of the lot.
The 3rd floor features a spacious master bedroom, master bath with built in shower, another large bedroom with access to a small patio overlooking the
rear of the lot and a 3rd full bath.
This house is unfurnished.
