This beautiful new Spanish Style Town House just came on the market and it's perfect for the sophisticated, discerning, tasteful, upper-crust Urban Small Family. Featuring lush, private and relaxing back garden plus basement with natural light. No space between you and your neighbour so place several of different colours right beside each other for full rowhouse effect. To use this house at the end of a row, remove the fake walls on one side and the last tile of roof. Fully playtested and gardener approved.
