Description-
This stylishly small modern home is an excellent choice for your single professional sim or DINKs (Double Income No Kids).
This house was built on a 3x3 lot. Unfurnished,it costs $29,018. The furnished version will set you back $74,536.
This house was made with UNI, NL, OFB and Pets expansion packs installed and requires them ALL to work properly.

I tried to stick as closely as possible to the plans- but I made a few alterations based on personal taste and playability.
Incidentally, the garden on the side of the house blocks sims from
accessing the steps on the side from ground level.
Personally, I don't mind it as I like the little garden.

This tri-split level house features a roomy open sleeping area, 1 full bathroom, kitchen/dining area, small outdoor eating area, detached garage and some light landscaping.

If your sims love privacy, this is not the house for them. There are no enclosed rooms or interior doors. Yes, even the bathroom has no door.
There are some interior walls to separate/suggest the living spaces.







This house is available both furnished (Maxi's stuff only) and unfurnished.
The furnished version has plenty of space to add more stuff, pets and what not.
