Modern in the Sand

As requested by princessmiel, I present you with Modern in the Sand.

Description-
This modern and spacious medium sized was built for your sims who appreciate clean lines and plenty of natural light.
The house was built on a 3x4 lot. Available furnished (Maxi's Only) and unfurnished. It costs $110,000ish for the furnished version and $34,358 for the privilege of furnishing it yourself.

Made with UNI, NL, OFB and Pets expansion packs installed
and requires them all to work properly.

The ground floor features 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, open living area, study, garage, a partially covered back/side deck with 2 pools (one is under the illusion that it is a spa and I didn't have the heart to tell it otherwise.), a small deck off of the side with a view of the large and lovely water feature.

The 2nd floor features a large master bedroom, 1 full bath, 1 smaller bedroom, kitchen with both a counter for eating as well as small area for a table and some chairs, a lounge area with fireplace and a nice sized deck.

I wasn't able to figure out the name of the invisible fountain recolor (Spaceship Spaceship Fountain by pfish) that I used in the center of the water feature amongst the recolors listed in Clean Installer when I packaged the lot- so I cleared all of the unidentifyable ones out.
