Here is "The Tree House".

It's a restaurant/bar/lounge/club place.

I was trying to evoke the feel of being in a tree house. There's a restaurant to the very left. Then in the middle is a bar and lounge area that connects to the VIP room. Then the club is near the parking lot.

The bathrooms are also outside, to make it feel like an outhouse (quite a big outhouse).

And if you can check some of the screen shots, both the lounge/bar area, VIP area, and the club area are both constructed on trees.

I'm not sure which objects from which EP I've used, but I'm pretty sure I have not used anything from University. I've also used items from both Glamour Life and Family Fun and Happy Holiday stuff packs.
