Hi all,
Here is my tree house lot. It was made with no hacks or custom stuff It does use University build items so it might not work with out the EP installed.

This is a 3 story house with kitchen / Dinning Room
Living room and 3 Bed rooms with 2 Bath rooms and feathers lots of multi decks. A big swimming pool and a hot tub.
It is unfurnished (photos show some items that was used for testing, but only the kitchen and bath room items are included)

Has been tested with no problems found.

To install:
Download installer to desk top or were ever you put your installers and just double click installer Lot will show in game. Can be installed as many times as you want, Just keep clicking installer.
