I followed the layout as close as possible, but it's a little bigger because of the needs of sims gameplay- they don't handle narrow hallways very well at all! There's also no octagonal turret possible without messing up the shape of the house, since this lot is made without any EPs. But if you have them you can upgrade it easily enough.

Anyway, I did my best, and I playtested it, and IMO, it looks awesome. Stealth stairs, big kitchen, and the sims can get to everything. You can even modify the "garage" for NL vampires
