Beach Neighborhood: OBX House w/ porch

This is a beach house I made for my sims and decided to share with the community, as part of a series of beach homes I am creating for an outer banks community. You'll see that it is on stilts, surrounded by vegetation in a way that is characteristic of such warm, temperate coastal areas. Partially furnished 3br, with kitchen, bathroom, and double bed. Ideal for a small family, it is inexpensive, but not a starter lot.

If you have nightlife and place it close enough to the shore you may be able to take advantage of a bug in the game that allows the neighborhood water to flow onto the lot, as seen in the screenshots from my own game. It looks just fine without the water, however, and fits perfectly into a seaside environment- it just looks like sand dunes or a dry lake bed. Makes use of numenor's recolorable wooden stairs- but you shouldn't need to download them for it to work. My one regret is that there, as of yet, no way
to do a white recolor of the lattice foundation under the house.
