Klinster Lawn & Garden was requested by a friend of mine. This lot is designed for those guys who love running stores. It has shelves, a staff room, and a bathroom. There is also a large open room for fairly large items, such as fountains. Once purchased, a sim may sell plants, fountains, and other landscaping materials.
