**!-Notice-!**: the upstairs bathroom (small one) by main bedroom is not furnished u can only fit 1 toilet and a sink in there and a door to the bedroom thats the half bathroom (u can(like i usually do) put a mirror over the sink)

it has 2 1/2 bathrooms 2 bedrooms a study area a sitting area an open office area a llarge living room cost $188, and abit small pool in the back on a 3X3 lot the 2 bedrooms are nearly the same size one about 3 blocks longer and 3 longer,fully furnished 2 floors

has doors to garges which there is 2 of with a van and the sedan (u can upgrade of course)

large bathroomup stairs wit 2 sinks 2 mirrors and d

decration is not to extensive but there is a good bit and it is expense

i havn't played the house yet
